Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunction (UVH) refers to a condition in which one of the peripheral vestibular receptors or the vestibular portion of cranial nerve VIII (vestibulocochlear) is not functioning properly. This clinical summary will provide the clinician with information to care for individuals with UVH across the Patient-Client Management model.
